Fans may soon be seeing AEW's Marc Quen back in the ring after missing close to a year of action.
Quen last competed for AEW in November of 2022 when he and Isiah Kassidy lost to Jay Lethal & Jeff Jarrett. The following January, Quen's ally Matt Hardy would confirm that he'll be out of action, and Quen shared his hope that he'd be back soon enough. It was later disclosed that Quen had suffered a shoulder injury.
I'll be back faster than a barefoot jackrabbit on a hot greasy griddle in the middle of August!!

This injury is unfortunately not the first time Quen has been on the shelf during his AEW tenure. The previous year, Quen suffered an injury that would also keep him out of action for months.
Quen could be making his return to the ring soon enough, Fightful Select has learned. Quen was backstage at a recent AEW show and those within the company are hopeful that he could return sooner rather than later. It's worth noting that even if he is cleared, there is no guarantee that any creative plans are in order. This has been the case for former AEW Women's World Champion Thunder Rosa who is reportedly cleared and is just awaiting creative.
Without Quen by his side, his Private Party ally Isiah Kassidy has been working alongside the Hardys and Ethan Page. Kassidy has been working as 'Brother Zay' but has not competed in close to a month. His most recent match saw Brother Zay & The Hardyz lose to then-ROH Six Man Tag Team Champions 'Hangman' Page & The Young Bucks during the October 25, 2023, edition of AEW Dynamite.
